| General description |
The main purpose is to know the existing literature from different fields of physical activity related to health, promoting quality of life, analyzing the initiation and adherence to it and its psychosocial aspects. Monitoring, evaluating and using physical activity as a tool for health and fitness. Analysis the role of physical activity as a source of health to risk factors and diseases. |
