Descripción general | The course is divided into ten units. Each unit will include a traditional lecture with an introduction of the theme of the unit, and an open discussion of the topic, presented in cases and readings. The main goal of this course is to make students understand and let them analyze some of the variables affecting organizational and group behaviour. | |||
Students are expected to achieve an understanding of concepts that influence human behaviour in organizations and how these concepts influence group-level performance. | |||
Moreover they will be confronted with some of the more common problems faced in the management of personnel and will be able to develop solutions. |
