General description The course Sustainable and Responsible Management has the purpose of making the students aware of the impact that their decisions as firm managers may have on the others. Business management is approached from the perspective of sustainability. The ethical implications derived from the relation with the stakeholders and the assumption of corporate social responsibility will be analyzed.

Case study Individual and group analysis of real or made-up case studies. The students will apply theoretical concepts and will develop their critical thinking when making decisions on ethical dilemmas and sustainability
Seminars Sessions devoted to specific topics with the participation of experts.
Lecture Lectures on specific topics open to discussion with the students

Description
The teacher will attend in the classroom, the office or via the Internet any doubt from the students concerning the contents of the subject, tests and assignments

Case study Students’ participation in classroom, individual/group presentations and reports 40%
Mixed tests Written tests with extended-answer theoretical questions and/or practical questions to assess students’ knowledge and understanding of the subject 60%
