Methodologies |
Description | |
Laboratory practicals | Faculty will lead the students in the application of theoretical concepts and results to problem solving in cybersecurity of industrial control systems. The aim is to promote critical reasoning, information exchange and application of general concepts to particular cases in order to consolidate the theoretical contents. |
Personal tuition | Individually or by groups to improve learning of course topics. |
Other methodologies | The activities will use the technological platform of the Remote Laboratory of Automatic Control http://lra.unileon.es de la Universidad de León. |
Presentations / expositions | Students may present proposed works about topics related to the course. |
Lecture | Faculty might use, whenever necessary, technologies for remote access to better illustrate theoretical concepts with practical applications in order to foster an effective symbiosis of theory and practice. |

Assessment |
Description | Qualification
Lecture | Individual final exam. Continuous assessment. | 60%
Laboratory practicals | Reports presented by the student. Exams about practical contents. | 20%
Other methodologies | Assessment of the activities performed using ICTs to monitor, as much as possible, the work done by the student. | 5%
Presentations / expositions | Individual or collective assessment of the work done by the student. | 15%
Other comments and second call
The written exams can include both theoretical and practical questions. In order to pass the course, the students need to: Reach at least a grade of 3 out of 6 in the evaluation of theoretical concepts. Reach at least a grade of 1 out of 2 in the evaluation of the practical concepts. Reach a total grade of at least 5 points out of 10. |
