General description This hands-on course reviews the basic mammalian and plant cell culture techniques, focusing on the cellular and molecular biology concepts underlying cell culture. The goal of Biotechnological Applications of cell Culture is for students to acquire basic laboratory skills in cell culture and to be initiated in some cell culture applications.
