Description
In either case, the work carried out will be fully compatible with the precise guidance of their teachers in order to achieve adequate training and optimize the student's abilities in order to meet the objectives and maximize satisfaction with the proposed competencies.

Depending on the development of the subject matter, the possibility of conducting tutoring sessions in the classroom (according to the dates provided in the official calendar) is considered, which may be group sessions and mandatory, for the purpose of monitoring activities, resolving doubts, or preparing evaluation tests.

Individual tutoring sessions in the classroom or in the teachers' office are also considered, where students' doubts will be addressed or assistance will be provided in monitoring requested activities, depending on the circumstances and needs of each individual. These tutoring sessions will be conducted on an individual basis and will take place throughout the teaching period of the subject. For in-person sessions, the student must schedule an appointment with the corresponding teacher according to the established tutoring schedule. Alternatively, inquiries can be made via email, which the teachers will attempt to respond to within approximately 48 hours, to the best of their abilities.

Other comments and second call
All assessment and grading systems may be subject to exceptional circumstances. To pass the course, it will be necessary to achieve a minimum grade in the different aspects evaluated, following the instructions given in class regarding this matter.

The above applies also to extraordinary examination periods (including December). In this case, students who have not passed the practical sections and/or assignments during the continuous assessment period must contact the teachers so that they provide them with the necessary instructions for completion, with sufficient advance notice and prior to the written test on the date established in the official calendar of the degree program.

During the written exams, handling of any materials will not be permitted except those expressly and exceptionally authorized by the teacher or teachers in charge. As a general rule, the possession and use of mobile and/or electronic devices during the assessment tests are strictly prohibited. Simply possessing such devices as well as notes, books, folders, or various unauthorized materials during assessment tests will result in immediate removal from the exam, expulsion from it, and a failing grade, with the incident reported to the Academic Authority of the Center for the actions outlined in the "Guidelines for Action in Cases of Plagiarism, Copying, or Fraud in Exams or Assessment Tests," approved by the Permanent Commission of the Governing Council on January 29, 2015.

Regarding practical content, it is recommended to have attended the prior exposition of the corresponding theoretical content, with a correct assimilation and interpretation of the same. Again, the use of logic and reasoning, along with an open mindset, is recommended, combined in this case with analytical and critical thinking skills for the correct and flexible application of the different learned contents.
